Executive
Biography
With over 25 years experience in
voice, video, and data network design, installation, and operations,
Bruce H. Burgess began consulting in 1995. Since then, Mr. Burgess
has consulted for commercial businesses, industrial enterprises,
health care institutions, and government.
Mr. Burgess provides project management,
technical leadership, and configuration guidance on large scale
implementation projects. He has worked with clients in a consulting
environment on all major manufacturers' systems. His work with large
enterprises has provided him with extensive knowledge and experience
across technical and business disciplines.
Prior to founding Burgess Communications,
Mr. Burgess held key executive positions at Meridian Bancorp, Delaware
Trust Company, and Wheaton Industries.
Mr. Burgess has been a guest speaker
at national and regional conferences. He also produced the Centrex
Products Expo '88 and Centrex Products Expo '89.
Mr. Burgess authored Object-Oriented
Concepts, "A Call Processing Architecture," "Making
Your Customers Part of Your Enterprise," and "Using Centrex
as a Disaster Recovery Vehicle for PABXs." He co-authored A
Brief Introduction to the Zachman Framework and Zachman Framework
Concepts. Mr. Burgess published the Computer Based Education
and Reference Library for the Health Information Resources Service
of the United States Air Force, known as the HIRS CyBER Library.
Mr. Burgess has a Master of Arts
from the University of Chicago, a Bachelor of Arts from Glassboro
State College, and a Diploma in Banking from the American Institute
of Banking. In 1997, Mr. Burgess was elected to the Society of Telecommunications
Consultants and currently serves the organization as Vice President.
